Don Cesar Hotel St Pete Beach Florida Family Sunset Portrait Photos

My clients hired us to photograph their family at the Don Cesar Hotel in St Pete Beach during the Fourth of July holiday week. That week gave us beautiful weather, amazing sunsets and beach portrait sessions almost every night that week! My clients boys were at the age where for two of them, posing for the camera isn’t exactly fun. In these circumstances, I give the kids some active direction to help them enjoy an evening at the beach. At then end of the session, the boys were so sweet in thanking us for a great evening! I love this section of St Pete Beach because it offers lovely views of the Don Cesar Hotel, and looking south at Pass A Grille Beach.

Don Cesar St Pete Beach Couples Anniversary Portrait Session at Sunset

Our clients spent the weekend at the Beach House Suites in St Pete Beach FL celebrating their wedding anniversary. Guests of the Beach House Suites enjoy resort privileges at the Don Cesar Hotel, and I suggested the beach at the Don Cesar for their sunset portrait session. My clients took the shuttle from Beach House Suites to the Don Cesar and enjoyed a pre-photo shoot cocktail in the lobby bar of the hotel at my suggestion. For couples portrait sessions it can be fun to change outfits during the portrait session and my clients selected some great attire for a summer sunset St Pete Beach session. The various outfits give a little bit of variety to their session and I especially love her dress fabric selections; seersucker, white eyelet and coral lace.
