Sunrise Beach Family Portraits at Fred Howard Park Tarpon Springs

Our clients selected Fred Howard Park and Beach in Tarpon Springs for their sunrise family portrait session. With jet lag and a young baby to consider, a sunrise session worked best as opposed to a sunset session. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice palms, dunes, grassy areas and shaded areas Fred Howard offers. Morning sessions are tough because ideally we want to be photographing 30-15 minutes before sunrise (which was at 6:40am), but Fred Howard opened their gates at about 6:45am.  The beach area at Fred Howard is nice. Since it is an island, it offers both western and eastern views. The clear blue skies were a nice compliment to this family’s attire.
